Best Trader Incentive Mechanism Private Sector Workshop

Building on the existing Best Trader Incentive Mechanism (BTIM),the Royal Government of Cambodia is eager to offer an enhanced preferential treatment scheme for compliant and secure traders. This system shall follow the WCO’s Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) concept standards and thus enable mutual recognition of AEOs between Cambodia and peer countries operating similar schemes within ASEAN and beyond. ARISE+ Cambodia is supporting GDCE in the development of a blueprint for such an AEO system. This dedicated private sector workshop shall collect relevant feedback and ideas from companies who might like to become the Best Traders in the future.
